In the case of the Hound, his brother the Mountain burns his half face in childhood which creates a fear of fire in Hound’s mind.
Tyrion Lannister – Napoleon/Small Man Syndrome
Napoleon is the syndrome which short men tend to possess and they require more effort than a normal height person to do any sort of work. Once Tyrion said to Jon Snow that like his brother Jaime has his sword, he has his mind and a mind is also much useful to win the wars like the swords.
Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane – Sadism
A person who enjoys giving pain to others and is happy to see the pain they are having.
Aerys “The Mad King” Targaryen – Pyromania
It is a kind of sickness when a person is attached to something very much like sickness of enjoying things and people burn. The Mad King was very attracted to the Wildfire, he even once thought to burn the entire city.

Narcissism is the condition in which a person thinks that he is superior and everyone around him is inferior. Jaime Lannister was also like that before his capture and Ser Alliser is a more subtle case of the condition who thinks that everyone will follow him only. His announcement of the death of Jon Snow confirms that he centers most of it on himself.
Grand Maester Pycelle – Malingerer
A Person that has the habit of faking his own conditions to avoid work, or duty and for some gain. In season 2, Pycelle faces an injured Tyrion after the Battle of Blackwater Bay where he doesn’t fake his old age.
Sansa Stark – Masochism
When a person gets some sort of benefit from sexual or mental harassment. Sansa was also the case in the series so far but after reaching Night’s Watch things changed.
Joffrey Baratheon / Ramsey Bolton – Anti Social Personality Disorder
A mental condition creating the perceptions of the person, destructive and makes his mind nonfunctional certain times. Their behavior became harsh for others and has zero empathy. Both bastards had this type of character which makes them hateable.
Samwell Tarly – Obesity
An imperative eating disorder in which person do less physical activity leading to bad effects on a person’s health. Samwell Tarly case was also same as above who was disowned by his ruthless father before sending him off to the wall.
Jorah Mormont – Obsessive Love
A disorder in which a person has a strong affection for someone and wants the person at any cost and not ready to accept rejections. Jorah was obsessed with Daenerys Targaryen and he even saved her in the Fighting Pits of Mereen.
Lysa Arryn – Delusional Jealousy
It is a delusional condition when a person has insentient fears about their loved one’s affair with someone which results in manipulation, control, violence over the person.
Bran Stark – Psychoticism
It is a term in which a person starts losing connection with reality or real world and start living in his own world. Bran was getting visions through the Weirwood trees with the Three Eyed Raven and he warns himself not to stay under the sea for too long otherwise he can drown.
Tywin Lannister – Megalomania
This state made a person ruthless, non-moral, and ambitious having a lust to get power at any cost. The case of Tywin Lannister as shown in Game of Thrones was the same.
Brienne of Tarth – Masculinity Complex / Tomboyism
A state of mind which makes a girl dress and behaves like a boy to get some significance. Brienne was the case as above.
Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish – Mythomania
It is also called as pathological lying which is a condition in which a person tries to inflate stories, or tell lie to everyone thinking others as liars too. Littlefinger can do anything to achieve whatever he wants and his own objectives in life. He lied in the season so before his death to everyone to get his position ad to get the benefits he desires. He plays his dirty politics everyone to achieve whatever he wants.
Stannis Baratheon – Stubbornness
A person who never bends or compromises in front of someone is called stubborn. Stannis was a pure Iron who is hard and brittle. Stannis is so consumed by his duty and his agendas that he even sacrificed his own daughter to achieve it.
Oberyn Martell – Sex Addiction
The addiction which creates a distraction for the person from his duties and goals. Oberyn was soo obsessed or sex and always says that do as much as you can before getting older.
Cersei Lannister – Alcoholism
Alcoholism is the condition which leads a person to psychological and physical addiction for excessive and compulsive drinking. The Queen Cersei has the addiction to drinking almost all the times.
Arya Stark – Schizophrenia / Multiple Personality Disorder
Multiple personality disorder is a condition in which a person who with different identities. Arya Stark a personality conflict within her, sometimes she became faceless man and sometimes herself.
Jon Snow – Martyr Complex
A martyr complex is a condition in which a person regularly emphasizes, inflates, and creates a negative experience in order to place blame, guilt, and sorrow on another person. When Jon first takes the Black puts him at odds with the rest of the Nights Watch being a skillful, castle trained highborn.
